In late 2023, we transformed an unused indoor ice rink into a state-of-the-art short game facility, ideal for Toronto’s harsh winters when outdoor play isn't possible.
Built entirely with synthetic turf, the facility features our patented Pelz Player™ underlay, developed with renowned coach Dave Pelz, to replicate the bounce and feel of real grass. This technology, trusted by professionals like Phil Mickelson and Patrick Reed, ensures the most realistic indoor practice experience available.
The green includes multiple tiers and platforms for varied shot-making, a real sand bunker mirroring course conditions, and simulator bays offering year-round, all-weather practice.

This included four simulator bays, a 5,000-square-foot short game area complete with a real sand bunker as well as a dedicated hitting area.
