Faldo Farm

Designed and built for six time major winner Sir Nick Faldo, this Golf in Small Spaces project is set on just under three acres. This 4,000 SQFT green complex features a 2,000 SQFT green complete with front and back bunkers providing a strategic challenge. The green is all in artificial turf, and built with our Pelz Player Underlay, allowing it play like real greens and accept shots from any distance. The putting surface includes a mix of 1% and 2% slopes for realistic break and pace.

There are 12 tee locations ranging in distance from 20 to 240 yards, allowing players to practice everything from short pitches to full long-iron or hybrid shots. A neatly maintained fairway leads into the green, with a small bunker positioned 50 yards short to encourage accurate approach play.

Designed for both practice and play, the space can be used like a par-3 course with a scorecard, offering our signature full-course experience within a compact footprint.
