Wayne McDonald

Wayne McDonald is a distinguished figure in both the golfing and business worlds. He is co-founder of Himalayas Golf and McDonald’s innovative approach focuses on sustainable platforms, making Himalayas Golf a leader in eco-conscious golfing solutions.

Born in Winnipeg, he attended high school in Toronto, and earned a golf scholarship to Indiana University, where he was inducted into the IU Hall of Fame in 2010. His golfing achievements include being elected First Team NCAA All-American twice, and the first Canadian to do so. As an amateur he was the Canadian Junior and Canadian Amateur Champion and becoming a Senior Professional golfer and competing in prestigious tournaments like the US Senior Open, British Senior Open, and Canadian Senior Open, with multiple wins on secondary Senior Tours.

Beyond golf, Wayne McDonald has made significant contributions to various industries. He is the founder of Evnroll Canada, Catalyst Golf, Pelz Player Greens, Raflewski Golf, Matteson Partners Inc., Golf Training Systems, and Cornerstone Products Inc.
