The name Himalayas Golf stems from our fondness for the Himalayas putting course in St Andrews, inspired by its diverse contours and challenges. Moreover, it serves as an excellent venue for socializing, learning the game, and enjoying recreational activities which mimic many of our systems.
It's also worth mentioning that our founder holds a deep affection for the Himalayan mountain range, having visited it on numerous occasions.

Generally, product warranties start at 6 years and go up to 15 years. But it’s always best to have professional builders and installers doing the construction and installation work to ensure long-term viability that can extend well past the product warranty.

We’ve done work in as little as 1000 square feet / 90 square meters and as large as 250 acres / 100 hectares.

We focus on large-scale installations including driving ranges, entertainment centers, and public/private golf courses. With that said, we do offer small-scale solutions including backyard greens but it is important to note that we do have a minimum scope of work requirement.

When designed and built correctly, artificial turf can be open for play quicker than natural turf in adverse weather conditions.

Our professional teams can build a tee line in as little as a day. More intricate projects like putting courses, driving ranges and par-3 holes can take several months. Using artificial turf means that once we’re done, you can open it. No need to wait for 2-3 months which is a requirement as you grow in the natural grass.

Artificial turf can reduce the maintenance scope and inputs for a golf club and allows golf to be played in areas where it is difficult to grow natural grass.
In addition, artificial turf greens can be crafted on a smaller scale with added contour interest since there is no requirement for maintenance equipment and also address concerns related to wear and tear, ensuring playability throughout the year.

Depending on the project scope, our systems can assist with revenue generation, lowering maintenance costs, enhancing land use efficiency, catering to all abilities and capabilities, and facilitating easier (and often more affordable) entry points to golf.

We have partnership agreements with the best suppliers of artificial turf and most times we can get you a better price versus purchasing the turf yourself.
Note: If you want to do the build yourself we can provide oversight (at a fee) but in this case, we cannot be held liable for any problems with the work in the future.

We are typically only limited by your imagination and budgetary restraints. However, we are very efficient with our costs and can cater to all levels of capital input.

Generally, projects can run anywhere from US$20 to US$30 per square foot in North America depending on size, scope, and location.
In other parts of the globe, costs are dependent on factors such as location, shipping costs, taxes, material availability, equipment costs, local labor costs, and exchange rates. We work all over the globe and understand these costs so reach out to us for an estimate.

It is dependent on a variety of factors. Typically artificial turf is cheaper than natural grass over a 5 - 20+ year period. With technological improvements and efficiencies, this will only improve further.

We are confident where we design and build the facility it will not require ongoing maintenance by our team. If any issues arise after the construction then we will fix it at no cost to the client providing the facility has been maintained according to the maintenance guidelines we provide at the end of the project.
